What's your average shipping time?
That depends on the size of the order.
Normally, we try to complete your order at the earliest; mostly in 1-2 working days.

Do you deliver for Free?
If the order value is more than QAR 200, we will ship your merchandise for free.
Else, a nominal fees cost will be charged.

How do I change or cancel my order?
At Digital Color, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it’s in its original condition and packaging. Simply contact our support team to start the return process.
For damaged or defective items, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we’ll provide a replacement or a full refund.
Please note that customized items are non-refundable unless defective.
